• Joya beat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly.
• Joya beat is not liable for any issues arising from network delays during in-play betting after a match has started.
• A maximum bet amount per event is set and may vary depending on the event.

4.2 Grounds for Bet Cancellation

• If a match is cancelled or postponed.
• Incorrect information displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event ends before its scheduled completion.
• Evidence of match-fixing or any other form of manipulation.

4.3 Winnings Calculation

Winnings = Stake × Odds (decimal format). For accumulator bets, all selections must be correct to receive the full payout.

Wagering requirements refer to how many times you must bet your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of BDT 10,000 in bets.

Bets placed at odds below a certain threshold (typically under 1.50) may not count toward wagering requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Joya beat is not responsible for the following.

• If a bet is missed due to connectivity issues or device failure.
• When transaction delays occur due to third-party service disruptions.
• If loss occurs as a result of you sharing your account credentials.

Joya beat's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the funds held in the member's account.
